Kristin Augustine joined Harvey & Company in May 2021 as Senior Graphic Designer. She leads the team with design and production of custom acquisition materials, corporate marketing campaigns, digital content, website management, and social media initiatives, bringing a creative and detail-oriented approach to every project. With extensive experience spanning both strategic and visual communications, her background includes branding and identity, advertising campaigns, marketing communications, trade show graphics, product packaging, visual merchandising, and creative direction.

An East Coast native, Kristin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Delaware. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, photography, cooking, and spending time outdoors.

Stephen Bennett joined Harvey & Company’s Human Resources department in Summer of 2018 as their Senior Recruiter. Stephen earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and a minor in Religious Studies from California State University, Fullerton. Cynthia joined Harvey & Company in May 2025 as an Accountant. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington. She has worked in accounting roles in multiple industries including Movie Production and Special Effects, Real Estate Acquisitions and Sales, and Family Office Private Equity Investment. Outside of the office, Cynthia enjoys concerts, astronomy, books and live author events, and enjoy the company of friends, family, and pets.

Jennifer Dau joined Harvey & Company in 2024 as a Marketing Coordinator. She is responsible for managing direct marketing campaigns and received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from California State University, Fullerton. In her free time, she enjoys reading, camping, and cooking.

Sarayna Gandhi joined Harvey & Company in May 2026 as the CRM Application Manager. She specializes in workflow automation and AI integration, application development, quality assurance, and data analysis. Prior to joining Harvey & Company, she managed technical projects and built machine learning models for a business-to-business restaurant software company. Sarayna earned her Bachelor of Science in Pure Mathematics with a Specialization in Computing from the University of California, Los Angeles. Outside of work, she enjoys yoga and rock climbing, music festivals, and wildlife photography.

Becky Haberstroh joined Harvey & Company in April 2026 as a Graphic Designer. With over 20 years of experience across both agency and in-house creative environments, she brings a thoughtful blend of strategy and creativity to every project. Her expertise spans branding, advertising, graphic design, and typography, with a passion for creating visually compelling work that tells authentic brand stories. Outside of work, Becky enjoys hiking, kayaking with her family, and baking at home.

JoAnn has been with Harvey & Company for 17 years and is responsible for running and managing the office on a day-to-day basis in addition to organizing and coordinating office administration and procedures.

Caitlyn joined Harvey & Company as Marketing Coordinator in June of 2024 and is responsible for managing direct marketing campaigns. In her spare time, she enjoys surfing, camping and going to flea markets.

Diane Ledgerwood joined Harvey & Company in 2021 as an Accounting Clerk. She is responsible for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable and received a Bachelor of Science from Cal-State Long Beach. In her free time, she enjoys crocheting beanies for children in chemo, watching the Dodgers win and rooting on her favorite college basketball and football teams.

Alle Madrid serves as the Marketing Coordinator and Executive Assistant to David Harvey. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Outside of her professional responsibilities, Alle is passionate about fitness, travel, and spending time by the ocean.

Renatta joined Harvey & Company in January 2026 as a Graphic Designer. She graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Media from Nevada State University. She has led creative projects across print, digital, and video platforms, including award-winning work recognized for excellence in visual storytelling. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, yoga, playing music, language learning, and exploring new creative outlets.

Stephanie Munakata joined Harvey & Company in 2022 as the Director of Human Resources. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Criminology, Law, & Society and Social Ecology from the University of California, Irvine.  Stephanie has been in Human Resources for over 10 years and she holds SHRM-SCP and PHR certifications.  In her spare time, she enjoys spending time at dog beach in Huntington Beach, where she lives with her husband, daughter, and two rescue pups.

Jennifer Park joined Harvey & Company in 2020. Prior to Harvey & Company, Jennifer was Assistant Controller at First Financial Equipment Leasing, a commercial equipment leasing company. Her role was crucial for First Financial’s acquisition by J.A. Mitsui, a Japanese Leasing Company. Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and her MBA concentrating in Organization Leadership at California State University, Fullerton. In her free time, Jennifer and her husband enjoy working on a model train set, playing video games, world travel, and soaking up the beautiful Southern California weather.

Emily joined Harvey & Company in January of 2024. She graduated from Pepperdine University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a minor in Marketing. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, trying new foods, playing games, and staying active.

Claire Qiu joined Harvey & Company to support Harvey’s fast-growing principal investment arm. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Southern California with a double major in English and Economics.

Vivian Tra joined Harvey & Company in October of 2023. Vivian graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. In her free time, Vivian enjoys spending time with her dog, going out with her friends, trying new coffee shops, watching Netflix shows, and reading.
