Nicolas Kramer joined Harvey & Company as an Investment Analyst to support the fast-growing principal investment side of Harvey’s business. Prior to joining Harvey & Company, he worked as a Senior Audit Associate for Ernst & Young in Los Angeles, and he is still a licensed CPA in California. Nicolas earned his MBA from UCI's Paul Merage School of Business and received two Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Accounting (summa cum laude) from the University of New Orleans, where he attended on an athletic scholarship to play tennis. During his free time, he enjoys playing tennis, golf, working out and traveling the world.

Soji Adimula joined Harvey & Company in 2022 as a Research Analyst, specializing in the packaging and automotive aftermarket industries. With a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Northwestern University and a Master of Science in Biomedical Science from the University of Miami, Soji transitioned to mergers and acquisitions to continually challenge his intellect in dynamic environments. At Harvey & Company, he has sourced and reviewed over 1,500 prospective leads for leading private equity firms, their individual strategies, and portfolio companies, contributing to 30+ transactions totaling $200 million in enterprise value. Outside of work, Soji enjoys small road trips, working out, and listening to metal and hard rock music.

Damian Anderson joined Harvey and Company in 2023 and supports the firm's investment and advisory practices in the commercial and residential facility services industries. Damian graduated Cum Laude from California Polytechnic University, Pomona with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance, Real Estate & Law. Outside of the office, Damian enjoys staying active and spending time with family and friends.

Mr. Bailleul specializes in growth investments and recapitalizations for private equity funds and corporate clients. Previously, Mr. Bailleul worked for a management consulting firm in Los Angeles. He graduated with honors from Whittier College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science.

Grant Burton specializes in originating and evaluating acquisition opportunities in the industrial services industry, specifically around heavy equipment repair and distribution. Grant graduated from Stanford University as captain of the baseball team with a Bachelor of Arts in Science, Technology, and Society.

Claire Conley joined Harvey & Company in March 2021 and helps lead the firm’s investment and advisory practices in both the Distribution and Foodservice sectors. A Southern California native, Claire graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Shane Crowley has been at Harvey & Company since 2021 and specializes in the medical and education industries. Shane graduated from The King’s College, New York City, where he studied business management. Outside of the office Shane enjoys spending time with family and friends and watching sports, especially the Padres.

Cade Dady focuses on originating and researching acquisition opportunities in the medical products and services, pharmaceutical services, and payment technology sectors. Cade graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, emphasis in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. Outside of the office, he enjoys skiing, riding dirt bikes and stand-up jet skis.

Isabella Duarte joined Harvey & Company in 2021 as a Research Analyst specializing in the research of investment opportunities in the medical, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology sectors. Isabella received her BS in Business Administration with an Emphasis in Finance from Chapman University. She enjoys surfing, playing soccer, traveling, and going to concerts.

Alexandra Escobar joined Harvey and Company in 2021 and helps lead the firm's investment and advisory practices in the Industrial and Environmental sectors. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Arts in International Relations from San Francisco State University.

Guido Filippozzi specializes in originating and evaluating European acquisition opportunities for private equity funds and corporate clients. He graduated from Hult International Business School in Boston, with a Master of Science in International Business and a Master of Science in Finance. Guido is fluent in Italian.

Jordan Friedman has been working at Harvey & Company since 2020, and specializes in the healthcare, finance, and technology industries. Jordan earned a major in Business Economics and a minor and Entrepreneurship at California State University, Long Beach. During his free time, he enjoys surfing, snowboarding, and road trips.

Matt Garrison joined Harvey and Company in July of 2023 and specializes in sourcing deals within industrial technologies and agricultural markets. Matt attended California Polytechnic University San Luis Obispo and received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and a minor in Statistics. In his free time Matt enjoys live music, cycling, and swimming at the beach.

Chau Ha joined Harvey & Company in 2022. She received a Bachelor of Art in Business Administration, concentration in Finance from California State University, Fullerton.

Sean Harper specializes in originating and evaluating investment opportunities in the Chemicals, Personal Care, Nutraceuticals, and HOA Management industries. Sean graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a Bachelors in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance.

Sebastian Hertel joined Harvey and Company in 2023 and supports the firm's investment and advisory practices in the commercial and residential facility services industries. Sebastian graduated from Chapman University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. Outside of the office, Sebastian enjoys playing soccer and spending time with family and friends.

Connor Hickey specializes in the research and evaluation of potential acquisition opportunities in the residential, commercial, and industrial building products space. Connor earned a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science and Psychology and Social Behavior from the University of California, Irvine.

Justin Hill joined Harvey and Company in April 2024 and supports the firm’s advisory efforts in the packaging, transportation components, and automotive aftermarket industries. Prior to joining the team at Harvey, Justin graduated from Chapman University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with and emphasis in Finance. Outside the office, Justin enjoys spending time by the beach with friends, riding mountain bikes, and scenic drives around Orange County.

Trevor Holland specializes in originating and evaluating investment opportunities in the technology enabled business services, information technology, real estate services, and software sectors. Trevor earned a Bachelor of Arts in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from The King’s College, New York City. He resides in Corona Del Mar along with his wife, Jessica.

Maria Hubocan specializes in conducting industry research within the private sector across the aerospace & defense, industrial technologies/electronics, agriculture, and petroleum markets. Maria holds a Master of Arts in Political Science and Anthropology from California State University, Fullerton.

Marko Ilincic focuses on originating and researching acquisition opportunities in the broader financial services, insurance, and education sectors. Marko graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Outside of the office, he enjoys water polo, country music, and the beach.

Cameron Kaneko joined Harvey & Company in 2020 and focuses on researching, originating and evaluating acquisition opportunities in the broader transportation & logistics and testing, inspection and certification “TIC” service sectors. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Hawaii, where he attended on an athletic scholarship to play golf.

Ekaterina Kupriyanova joined Harvey & Company in 2020. In her role, Ekaterina specializes in originating and evaluating acquisition opportunities and proprietary deal flow in the middle market arena. Ekaterina was previously an analyst in the M&A advisory division of EuroDev and attained a master’s degree in Strategic Corporate Finance from Maastricht University. In her spare time, Ekaterina enjoys athletics, cycling, and traveling with her fiancé.

Bryant Liang joined Harvey and Company in January 2024 and specializes in originating and evaluating investment opportunities in the healthcare services sector, focusing in areas such as veterinary medicine, behavioral health, specialty pharmacy, and dentistry. Bryant earned a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Science from UCLA. In his free time, he enjoys playing board games, paddling, and basketball.

William Lin specializes in the financial services, insurance, and education industries. William graduated from the University of California, Riverside with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration concentrating in Analytics. He also works as a fantasy basketball and baseball writer.

Johann Magbitang joined Harvey and Company in 2023 and specializes in the research and evaluation of acquisition opportunities in the healthcare services industry as well as in early education and youth enrichment. Johann graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a Bachelor of Arts in Quantitative Economics. Outside the office, Johann enjoys playing basketball, golf, and spending time with family and friends.

Saba Mashayekhi joined Harvey & Company in 2023 and helps lead the research and marketing sector alongside the Business Development team catering to the firm’s esteemed private equity clients. Saba earned a Bachelor of Arts in Literature from the University of California, Berkeley. Outside of the office, Saba enjoys time with family and friends, traveling, fitness, and experiencing new opportunities.

Scott Maxey joined Harvey & Company in July 2021 as an analyst for the HarveyCEO team. Scott received his BA from Cal State Fullerton in Business Administration with a concentration in Economics and is currently in the MA Economics program at CSUF. In his spare time Scott enjoys golfing, bowling, and refereeing soccer.

John McDonnell specializes in evaluating investment opportunities in the healthcare industry, focusing in areas such as behavioral health, primary care, and revenue cycle management. John earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Minor in International Relations from the University of Southern California.

Adam Mundy focuses on originating and researching acquisition opportunities in the broader financial services, insurance, and education sectors. Adam graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor of Arts in European Studies and German. Outside of the office, he enjoys athletics, music, leatherwork, and the outdoors.

Andrew Nguyen joined Harvey & Company in 2022 as an Analyst and focuses on researching new private equity clients and refurbishing passed-on deal opportunities for the firm. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from the University of California, Irvine. Andrew is fluent in Vietnamese.

Hamza Noorzayee joined Harvey & Company in 2019. Hamza specializes in originating and evaluating acquisition opportunities within the industrial services, niche manufacturing, water/wastewater and business services categories. Hamza earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from California State University of Fullerton.

Erik Peterson joined Harvey in 2023 and identifies proprietary investment themes that are led by industry executives and funded by Harvey & Company’s private equity partners. Erik studied Political Science at the University of Washington and enjoys cooking and spending time with his family.

Tannaz Razzaghi joined Harvey & Company in March 2022. As a research analyst, she specializes in finding acquisition opportunities within the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. Tannaz graduated from UC Irvine with a degree in Biological Sciences.

Drew Ryan joined Harvey & Company in 2022. Drew specializes in originating and evaluating acquisition opportunities within the consulting engineering services, outsourced testing & inspection and niche manufacturing categories. Drew earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of California, Irvine with an emphasis in Finance.

Micah specializes in originating and evaluating investment opportunities in the technology enabled business services and home health sectors. Micah earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies with a minor in Finance and a certificate in Mediation from California State University, Long Beach. During his free time, he enjoys rock climbing, snowboarding and hiking.

Cheyne Sampson joined Harvey and Company in 2023 and supports the firm’s industrial and environmental service and equipment sectors. Cheyne graduated with honors from California Polytechnic University with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature.

Jordan Scheftz specializes in the industrial and environmental services and equipment sectors at Harvey & Company. He graduated from the University of Central Florida where he earned a Bachelor in Communications and a minor in Sports Business Management and later played in the Cleveland Indians organization.

Blaz Seric joined Harvey and Company in 2023 and supports the firm's investment and advisory practices in the industrial services market. Blaz graduated from the University Hawaii with a Master of Science in Finance degree and two Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Finance & International Business, while acting as the tennis team captain, earning academic & athletic scholarships. In his free time, Blaz enjoys outdoor activities and sports, while still playing tennis competitively on the UTR Tour. Blaz is fluent in German and Croatian.

Philip Song joined Harvey & Company in 2021 as a Research Analyst specializing in the origination of acquisition opportunities in the Facility Services, Industrials, Business Services and Safety sectors. Philip earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Economics from the University of California, Irvine.

Bhavna Sreekumar joined Harvey & Company in November 2022. As a research analyst, she specializes in finding acquisition opportunities within the technology enabled services sector. Bhavna graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Science and minors in Digital Humanities and Music Industry.

Ms. Tannberg specializes in growth investments, recapitalizations, and debt financing with private equity funds and corporate clients. Previously, Ms. Tannberg worked at OC Financial as a financial analyst. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.

Dane Watkins specializes in originating growth investments and recapitalizations with private equity funds and corporate clients across the commercial and residential building & architectural products industries. With expertise in areas such as energy efficiency, building automation, and outdoor products, Dane possesses a deep understanding of the market landscape and emerging trends.
