Jacob Allison joined Harvey and Company in May 2025, specializing in finding and evaluating acquisition and investment opportunities within the logistics & testing, inspection, and certification (TIC) sector. Prior to joining Harvey & Company, he worked at Porsche and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Concordia University Irvine. In his free time, he enjoys playing ice hockey, reading, and spending time with family.

Isaac Allnutt started working at Harvey in April of 2026 and specializes in medical products, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and payment technology sectors. Isaac graduated from Santa Clara University in 2025. In his free he enjoys going on runs with his dog, drawing, and rowing out in the sun.

Shane joined Harvey and Company in November of 2025. He works in a variety of industries including, Financial Services, Insurance, and Post-Secondary Education under the leadership of Jared Perrin. Shane graduated from the University of California San Diego in 2020 where he majored in Political Science with a focus on International Relations and minored in History. After graduating from UCSD Shane spent two years as a journalist and 3 years as a business technologies sales consultant, specializing in business security systems. Shane enjoys exercise, fishing, and three-putting on 18 whenever he is about to go a personal low.

Damian Anderson joined Harvey and Company in 2023 and supports the firm's investment and advisory practices in the commercial and residential facility services industries. Damian graduated Cum Laude from California Polytechnic University, Pomona with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance, Real Estate & Law. Outside of the office, Damian enjoys staying active and spending time with family and friends..

Tyler Bernard joined Harvey & Company in February 2026 and specializes in research and evaluating acquisition opportunities in the automotive and transportation industries. Prior to joining Harvey & Company, Tyler earned a Bachelor of Science in Data Science with a focus on Marketing Analytics from the University of Oregon. In his free time, Tyler enjoys traveling with friends, cooking, and attending live music events.

Mark Burleson specializes in originating and evaluating acquisition opportunities in the industrial services industry. Mark is also an established chemist and a listed inventor on multiple patents. Mark graduated from the California Institute of Technology (Caltech) as captain of the baseball team with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry.

Scott Cooke joined Harvey & Company in June 2024 and helps lead the firm's investment and advisory practices in both the commercial and industrial distribution sectors. Prior to Harvey & Company, he worked as an Analyst for Capital Group. Scott graduated from Chapman University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Finance emphasis.

Shane Crowley has been at Harvey & Company since 2021 and specializes in the medical and education industries. Shane graduated from The King’s College, New York City, where he studied business management. Outside of the office Shane enjoys spending time with family and friends and watching sports, especially the Padres.

Dominic Cuneo joined Harvey & Company in 2026, where he focuses on the research and evaluation of acquisition opportunities within the Aerospace & Defense industries. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Management from Tulane University, with concentrations in Finance and Real Estate. Outside of the office, Dominic enjoys snowboarding, playing music, and spending time with family and friends.

Duke Doyle supports the team in sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities across the technology enabled business services, information technology, legal services, and software sectors. Duke obtained his MBA from Chapman University and his Bachelor’s degree from Cal Poly Pomona. He was born and raised on the island of Maui, Hawaii, and previously worked for the University of Hawaii Football.

Isabella Duarte joined Harvey & Company in 2021 as a Research Analyst specializing in the research of investment opportunities in the medical, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology sectors. Isabella received her BS in Business Administration with an Emphasis in Finance from Chapman University. She enjoys surfing, playing soccer, traveling, and going to concerts.

Alexandra Escobar joined Harvey and Company in 2021 and helps lead the firm's investment and advisory practices in the Industrial and Environmental sectors. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Arts in International Relations from San Francisco State University.

Tari specializes in identifying and evaluating acquisition opportunities in the environmental, industrial, and infrastructure service industries. Tari graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, concentrating in international and corporate finance, from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Outside of the office, Tari enjoys playing pickleball, golfing, and spending time with family and friends.

Adam Flood focuses on originating and researching acquisition opportunities in healthcare and business services, focusing in areas such as veterinary medicine, longevity services, specialty pharmacy, and clinical research. Adam graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Development and a Minor in Entrepreneurship. Outside of the office, he enjoys surfing, volleyball, snowboarding and the beach.

Andersen joined Harvey & Company in March 2026, specializing in insurance and financial services, with a focus on the identification and evaluation of acquisition and investment opportunities. Prior to joining Harvey & Company, he worked as a Financial Consultant at T. Rowe Price. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Pepperdine University and is currently a candidate in the CFA Program. Outside of the office, he enjoys golfing, hiking, and playing beach volleyball.

Brooke Garcia joined Harvey & Company in July 2025 as a member of the HarveyCEO team, helping develop investment strategies in partnership with proven operating executives. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Pepperdine University. Outside of the office, Brooke enjoys traveling and competes at a national level in equestrian sports.

Nash Garvey joined Harvey & Company in May 2026 and helps lead the firm’s investment and advisory practices in Value-Added Distribution, Contractor Supply & Service and Flow Control Manufacturing & Distribution. Although a Dallas, TX native, Nash earned a B.A. in Economics from Westmont College, where he served as Student Body President, and an M.S. in International Business from the University of Miami. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, reading, and all things classic Land Rovers. Nash is an Eagle Scout.

Blake Gilbert joined Harvey & Company in January 2026 and specializes in researching and evaluating acquisition opportunities in service-based industries, with a focus on pet care services, plumbing, and healthcare services. Blake earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California. Outside of the office, Blake enjoys weightlifting, rugby, philosophy, exploring AI tools, and spending time with family and friends.

Connor Hickey specializes in the research and evaluation of potential acquisition opportunities in the residential, commercial, and industrial building products space. Connor earned a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science and Psychology and Social Behavior from the University of California, Irvine.

Brenna Hiett joined Harvey & Company in February 2024 and helps the HarveyCEO team develop investment strategies in partnership with proven operating executives. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of California, Irvine.

Justin Hill joined Harvey and Company in April 2024 and supports the firm’s advisory efforts in the packaging, transportation components, and automotive aftermarket industries. Prior to joining the team at Harvey, Justin graduated from Chapman University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with and emphasis in Finance. Outside the office, Justin enjoys spending time by the beach with friends, riding mountain bikes, and scenic drives around Orange County.

Trevor Holland specializes in originating and evaluating investment opportunities in the technology enabled business services, information technology, real estate services, and software sectors. Trevor earned a Bachelor of Arts in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from The King’s College, New York City. He resides in Corona Del Mar along with his wife, Jessica.

Austin Hong joined Harvey & Company in April 2025 as a member of the HarveyCEO team. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Riverside. Outside of work, Austin enjoys reading both fiction and non-fiction.

Ellis Jensen joined Harvey & Company in December 2024, supporting the firm’s advisory efforts in the Food & Beverage industry. Prior to joining Harvey, Ellis earned a Bachelor of Science in Business and Finance from Menlo College and gained experience as an analyst at a local investment bank. Outside the office, Ellis enjoys surfing, fishing, freediving, and snowboarding.

Cameron Kaneko joined Harvey & Company in 2020 and focuses on researching, originating and evaluating acquisition opportunities in the broader transportation & logistics and testing, inspection and certification “TIC” service sectors. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Hawaii, where he attended on an athletic scholarship to play golf.

Kaden Kaneko joined Harvey & Company in February 2024, specializing in evaluating acquisition opportunities within youth sports and enrichment services, healthcare, and industrial distribution. Kaden graduated from Pepperdine University, where he competed as a Division I Student-Athlete on the Men’s Water Polo Team for five years. Outside of the office, he is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys fishing, surfing, and spending time on the water.

Jake Leavitt specializes in originating and investment opportunities in chemicals, contract foodservice, and property management industries. Jake graduated from Oregon State University with a Bachelor’s in Marketing and minor in Psychology.

Bryant Liang joined Harvey and Company in January 2024 and specializes in originating and evaluating investment opportunities in the healthcare services sector, focusing in areas such as veterinary medicine, behavioral health, specialty pharmacy, and dentistry. Bryant earned a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Science from UCLA. In his free time, he enjoys playing board games, paddling, and basketball.

William Lin specializes in the financial services, insurance, and education industries. William graduated from the University of California, Riverside with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration concentrating in Analytics. He also works as a fantasy basketball and baseball writer.

Nik Little specializes in originating and evaluating acquisition opportunities in the industrial services industry, specifically around heavy equipment repair and distribution. Nik graduated from The University of Washington as a member of the football team with a Bachelor of Arts in communications.

Tristan Luther specializes in originating and evaluating investment opportunities in the Chemicals, Personal Care, Nutraceuticals, and HOA Management industries. Tristan graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics. Outside of the office he enjoys golfing, snowboarding and traveling.

Johann Magbitang joined Harvey and Company in 2023 and specializes in the research and evaluation of acquisition opportunities in the healthcare services industry as well as in early education and youth enrichment. Johann graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a Bachelor of Arts in Quantitative Economics. Outside the office, Johann enjoys playing basketball, golf, and spending time with family and friends.

Saba Mashayekhi joined Harvey & Company in 2023 and helps lead the research and marketing sector alongside the Business Development team catering to the firm’s esteemed private equity clients. Saba earned a Bachelor of Arts in Literature from the University of California, Berkeley. Outside of the office, Saba enjoys time with family and friends, traveling, fitness, and experiencing new opportunities.

Scott Maxey joined Harvey & Company in July 2021 as an analyst for the HarveyCEO team. Scott received his BA from Cal State Fullerton in Business Administration with a concentration in Economics and is currently in the MA Economics program at CSUF. In his spare time Scott enjoys golfing, bowling, and refereeing soccer.

Blake graduated from California State University San Bernardino, as a member of the Basketball team with a Bachelor’s degree in business. Outside of the office he enjoy s golfing, watching sports and traveling.

John McDonnell specializes in evaluating investment opportunities in the healthcare industry, focusing in areas such as behavioral health, primary care, and revenue cycle management. John earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Minor in International Relations from the University of Southern California.

James Mott focuses on originating and sourcing acquisition opportunities in the Commercial Services sector, with an emphasis on facility services, specialty contracting, and other business-critical service industries. James earned his Master of Business Administration, Finance from Villanova University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Colorado, where he also played college football. Hamza specializes in originating and evaluating acquisition opportunities within the industrial services, niche manufacturing, water/wastewater and business services categories. Hamza earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from California State University of Fullerton.

Liam O'Connell joined Harvey & Company in June 2025 and specializes in originating and evaluating investment opportunities across engineering, infrastructure, and environmental services. He works closely with clients to identify strategic acquisition targets and support buy-and-build initiatives. Liam earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Baylor University. In his free time, he enjoys working out and watching sports.

Erik Peterson joined Harvey in 2023 and identifies proprietary investment themes that are led by industry executives and funded by Harvey & Company’s private equity partners. Erik studied Political Science at the University of Washington and enjoys cooking and spending time with his family.

Claire Qiu joined Harvey & Company to support Harvey’s fast-growing principal investment arm. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Southern California with a double major in English and Economics.

Diego Fernandez-Salvador focuses on originating and evaluating investment opportunities across industrial services and specialty manufacturing, with experience in sectors including workplace safety, power generation, roofing, and precision components. Diego graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Science and joined Harvey & Company in 2025 as a Research Analyst. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, snowboarding, golf, and wine.

Originally from Kenya, Shivam earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Irvine.

Simran Singh joined Harvey & Company in August 2025 and works with the Legal & Technology team as a Research Analyst. She earned an MBA from the University of California, Riverside, and is also a lawyer. She previously worked as a corporate lawyer in Mergers & Acquisitions with a legal and business consultancy firm, where she helped close transactions, drafted contracts, and supported legal and financial due diligence. In her free time, she enjoys working out, hiking, gardening, and traveling.

Kyle Strelecki has been with Harvey since August 2024. He focuses on researching acquisition opportunities in the testing, inspection and certification (TIC) sector, as well as in logistics. Kyle graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a Bachelor’s in Business in 2022 and a Master’s degree in Finance in 2023. Outside of the office, he enjoys researching and debating history and politics, studying the financial markets, hiking and spending quality time with his close family and friends.

Dane Watkins specializes in originating growth investments and recapitalizations with private equity funds and corporate clients across the commercial and residential building & architectural products industries. With expertise in areas such as energy efficiency, building automation, and outdoor products, Dane possesses a deep understanding of the market landscape and emerging trends. Dane graduated from California State University, Fullerton, with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and a concentration in Finance.
