James Counsman specializes in originating and evaluating investment opportunities in the technology enabled business services sector, focusing on the digital transformation, Internet of Things (IoT) and marketing industries. James earned a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and a minor in Computer Science from Lake Forest College.

Blake Fortney focuses on growth, recapitalization, and buyout private equity investments in the middle market arena. He has focused his industry expertise specifically around regulatory business such as outsourced testing and industrial services sectors. He also works with transportation and logistics related projects. Mr. Fortney earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in information systems from Loyola Marymount University.

Ryan Godinez specializes in originating and evaluating investment opportunities in healthcare and business services, focusing in areas such as veterinary medicine, behavioral health, specialty pharmacy, and clinical research. Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Minor in Psychology from Chapman University.

Dimitris Grigoriou specializes in originating and evaluating acquisition opportunities in the healthcare services industry, with a particular focus in physician practice management. Dimitris earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Pepperdine University.

Christian Martell specializes in originating and evaluating acquisition opportunities and proprietary deal flow in the industrial products, water/wastewater, medical device manufacturing, and professional services sectors. Christian earned a Bachelor of Science in International Business, Finance & Accounting from Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA.

Davis Matthews joined Harvey & Company in 2016. Davis received his BS in Economics from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and is a CFA charterholder. He enjoys surfing, skiing, and playing soccer.

Peter Megorden joined Harvey & Company in February 2019 and helps lead the firm’s investment and advisory practices in both the Distribution and Foodservice sectors. Within distribution, Peter has developed specialization around industrial end markets including building products, construction supplies, fluid process, industrial automation, and electronic components. Foodservice experience has branched across multiple business models including manufacturing, route-based services, and distribution. A Southern California native, Peter earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics & Business with a Minor in Spanish from Westmont College in Santa Barbara. Peter lives in Irvine with his wife, Megan, and their golden retriever, Flynn.

Luke Meyers has developed specialization around buy-and-build strategies focused on the Facility Services, Industrials, Business Services and Safety sectors. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northern Arizona University.

Chris Perry specializes in originating and evaluating investment opportunities in education and financial services, focusing in areas such as insurance, employee benefits, professional development & training, and the K-12 & higher education markets. Chris earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Pepperdine University.

Brian R. Scott specializes in growth investments and recapitalizations with private equity funds and corporate clients across the industrial and environmental service and equipment sectors. During his time at Harvey & Company, he has developed deep expertise within the specialty waste and industrial MRO markets. Brian graduated in three years with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with concentration in Finance from the University of Washington in Seattle.

Blake Wardman and the HarveyCEO team develop investment strategies in partnership with proven operating executives and private equity investors. Prior to joining Harvey & Company, he worked as a technology consultant for Konica Minolta in Los Angeles. Blake received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Industrial Technology from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, where he attended on an athletic scholarship to play tennis. He still enjoys playing tennis and golf, and resides in San Juan Capistrano, CA with his wife and two children.
