Thomas Bailleul joined Harvey & Company in 2021 and helps lead the firm’s investment and advisory efforts across consumer services, distribution, packaging machinery, and related sectors. In consumer services, he has worked extensively in the green industry, including landscaping, tree care, vegetation management, and lawn care. His distribution experience includes projects involving irrigation supplies, bulk materials, and other green industry products. Mr. Bailleul graduated with honors from Whittier College, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science.

Claire Conley joined Harvey & Company in March 2021 and helps lead the firm’s investment and advisory practices in both the Distribution and Foodservice sectors. A Southern California native, Claire graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.

James Counsman specializes in originating and evaluating investment opportunities in the technology enabled business services sector, focusing on the digital transformation, Internet of Things (IoT) and marketing industries. James earned a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and a minor in Computer Science from Lake Forest College.

Austin Fluegel specializes in originating and evaluating acquisition opportunities within the industrial technology/automation, electronics, agriculture, and petroleum markets. Austin received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Northwood University.

Dimitris Grigoriou specializes in originating and evaluating acquisition opportunities in the healthcare services industry, with a particular focus in physician practice management. Dimitris earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Pepperdine University.

Sean Harper specializes in originating and evaluating investment opportunities in chemicals, contract foodservice, and property management industries. Sean graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a Bachelors in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance.

Alexander Humer specializes in originating and evaluating acquisition opportunities in the medical products and services, pharmaceutical services, and payment technology sectors. Alexander earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from the University of California, Irvine.

Alex Lowes identifies proprietary investment themes that are led by industry executives and funded by Harvey & Company’s private equity partners. Alex received a Bachelor of Science in Financial Economics with a Minor in Accounting from the University of Redlands.

Christian Martell specializes in originating and evaluating acquisition opportunities and proprietary deal flow in the industrial products, water/wastewater, medical device manufacturing, and professional services sectors. Christian earned a Bachelor of Science in International Business, Finance & Accounting from Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA.

Peter Megorden joined Harvey & Company in February 2019 and helps lead the firm’s investment and advisory practices in both the Distribution and Foodservice sectors. Within distribution, Peter has developed specialization around industrial end markets including building products, construction supplies, fluid process, industrial automation, and electronic components. Foodservice experience has branched across multiple business models including manufacturing, route-based services, and distribution. A Southern California native, Peter earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics & Business with a Minor in Spanish from Westmont College in Santa Barbara. Peter lives in Irvine with his wife, Megan, and their golden retriever, Flynn.

Adam focuses on defense, business services, and other niche markets. He earned a Business Marketing degree from The University of Utah and graduated in 2020. In his free time, he likes skiing, surfing, and camping.

Jordan specializes in the industrial and environmental services and equipment sectors at Harvey & Company. He graduated from the University of Central Florida where he earned a degree in Communications and a minor In Sports Business Management and later played in the Cleveland Indians organization.

Cody graduated with a Bachelor of the Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance (Cum Laude) from Cal State Fullerton Mihaylo College of Business and Economics.

Nolan Thompson specializes in originating and evaluating acquisition opportunities in the commercial and residential building & architectural products industry, including energy efficiency, building automation, and outdoor products. Nolan also works in the media and digital marketing industry, helping to expand grow Harvey & Company’s marketing practice. Nolan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton.

Karen Vuong specializes in originating and evaluating acquisition opportunities in the Packaging, Transportation Components, and Automotive Aftermarket Services industries. Prior to joining Harvey & Company, she worked in M&A consulting at Palm Tree, and at JPMorgan Chase covering Small Business Lending and Financial Sales. Karen earned her degrees at the University of California at Los Angeles in Applied Mathematics and History. Outside of the office, she enjoys Formula 1 and IndyCar, playing piano, and working on her golf game.
