Imperial Dade

Imperial Dade is a distributor of foodservice packaging, facilities maintenance supplies, and equipment in the United States, Puerto Rico, and the Caribbean. Imperial received a growth equity investment from a Boston–based private equity fund who retained Harvey & Company to assist in expanding Imperial’s geographic reach and market share through acquisition. To date, Harvey has initiated 26 add-on acquisitions that have represented entrances into attractive new markets, further diversified the customer base, and provided existing and new customers with a broader and deeper offering of products and services. Harvey & Company continues to assist Imperial in its acquisition strategy across numerous fronts, including targeting acquisition opportunities which would allow Imperial to better serve its national account customers.

Result:

Harvey & Company worked alongside Imperial Dade’s management team to initiate 26 acquisitions, which complemented Imperial’s own internal sourcing efforts and organic growth strategy. Harvey & Company continues to work with Imperial and their financial partner to execute on the goal of transforming a regional, Mid-Atlantic focused business into the nation’s premier provider of foodservice disposables and cleaning chemicals.
