HarveyCEO initiated a partnership between a specialty chemicals industry veteran and a US-based private equity firm to pursue platform investments in the specialty coatings sector. The executive previously served in executive leadership positions at ExxonMobil Chemical, Dixie Chemical, and BHS Specialty Chemicals.

The partnership resulted in the acquisition of A.P. Nonweiler Co, a contract developer and manufacturer of specialty paints and coatings. The executive now serves on the Board of Directors and helps lead the strategic direction of the firm.
