HarveyCEO initiated the partnership between an accomplished consumer services franchisor executive and a New York-based private equity firm to pursue new investments together. The partnership resulted in the acquisition of a franchisor of in-home care and assisted living placement services intended for senior citizens. The Company offers veteran care, elderly support, nursing services, respite care and professional senior care, thereby helping people maintain a safe, independent and dignified lifestyle. The executive now serves as Chairman of the platform and will be working closely with the incumbent management team to help continued growth.
