Custom Agronomics is a provider of formulation, manufacturing, packaging, and labeling services for private-label liquid plant nutrition products that are used to enhance yields and improve growth in the professional turf management, agriculture, lawn, and garden markets. The company operates two US based manufacturing facilities and provides product to customers in North America, the Caribbean, Europe, and Asia.

In partnership with an east coast private equity fund, Harvey & Company supported a thesis-driven platform investment strategy within the plant nutrition and soil health niche. HarveyCEO also introduced Greg Thompson, a seasoned agricultural executive, to assist in evaluating investment opportunities in this category. Custom Agronomics was identified as an ideal platform candidate because of its unique go-to-market model, internal R&D, and custom formulation capabilities.

Michael Williams and Brian Scott, the co-founders of Custom Agronomics, remain actively involved in company management. Greg Thompson now serves as the Chairman of the Board, supporting Custom Agronomics through its next phase of growth.
