HarveyCEO was engaged by a New York-based investor to help them find Industry Partners for which they can “back” to pursue themes that aligned with the executive’s background/expertise. They eventually partnered with a very successful residential real estate services executive to pursue a buy-and-build focused on acquiring independent brokerages, franchise brokerages, and ancillary service providers. The executive not only developed a very detailed thesis of how to create value in the industry, but also had a robust pipeline of actionable deals. The project resulted in the close of JPAR Real Estate and JPAR Franchising, a full-service real estate brokerage and franchise platform.
