HarveyCEO initiated the partnership between an accomplished medical technology executive and a New York-based private equity firm to pursue a thesis that the executive developed around the medical contract design and manufacturing (medical device CDMO) industry. The partnership resulted in the closed acquisition of Tensentric, Inc. as a new platform in the industry. The executive now serves as the Lead Director of the platform and is spearheading the strategy to grow the business both commercially and in-organically through its new phase of ownership.
