Graham Partners Finalizes Its Latest Investment in BrightSign
Graham Partners, a private investment firm targeting technology-driven, advanced manufacturing companies, is pleased to announce that it has invested in BrightSign, LLC (“BrightSign”). The investment in BrightSign was sourced on a proprietary basis through Graham Partner’s Investment Theme Program with a specific focus on the digital signage space. Harvey & Company served as the buy-side advisor and co-invested in BrightSign alongside BrightSign’s founders and Graham Partners.
Headquartered in Los Gatos, California, BrightSign is an innovative, leading provider of purpose-built media players, cloud-based networking solutions, and systems software for the worldwide digital signage market. BrightSign’s vertically integrated technology positions the company as an end-to-end digital experience provider for a variety of high-growth end markets including retail, healthcare, education, attractions, stadiums, and transportation, among others.
BrightSign was the 82nd platform investment where Harvey & Company served as buy-side advisor out of 528 total transactions.
