Harvey & Company Initiates 200th Strategic Add-On Acquisition

Harvey & Company is pleased to announce that it has initiated its 200th strategic or corporate acquisition, every one as the buyer’s advisor. This milestone was accomplished when DISA Global Solutions, Inc. acquired Reg-A-Car, Inc., a provider of vehicle licensing services for trucking companies and individuals. DISA is a provider of technology-enabled workplace safety and compliance solutions, and a portfolio company of a New York–based private equity fund, who retained Harvey & Company to assist in expanding DISA’s service offerings and market reach through a proactive acquisition search campaign. This deal marks the fifth add-on that Harvey has closed with the company, which have served to broaden DISA’s end-markets while adding scale to existing service offerings, allowing DISA to capture more market share.
