Harvey & Company Initiates New Investment in Miller Environmental Group, an Environmental Services Firm
Harvey & Company is pleased to announce it has successfully initiated a new platform investment in Miller Environmental Group (“MEG”) by a New York based private equity firm focused on acquiring middle market business services and industrial companies.
Based in Calverton, New York, MEG is an environmental services firm offering emergency response, waste transportation and disposal, remediation, and industrial as well as marine services. MEG was founded in 1971 to service the utility, transportation, and petrochemical industries.
This investment marks Harvey & Company’s 14th deal in the environmental sector.
