Harvey & Company Initiates 400th Buy-side Transaction

Harvey & Company is pleased to announce the closing of its 400th buy-side transaction. This milestone occurred when Benefit Plan Administrators (“BPA”) acquired another healthcare benefit plan administrator as an add-on. The deal was sourced as a result of a proactive buy-side acquisition search Harvey & Company is conducting on behalf of BPA. Harvey & Company also initiated a PE fund’s platform investment in BPA in November of 2019.

Harvey & Company has now initiated a total of 64 healthcare transactions and 34 buy-side transactions in 2020.
