Harvey & Company Initiates 69 Transactions in 2020
Harvey & Company is pleased to announce another record year after having completed 69 buy-side transactions with 40 private equity firms in 2020. Despite the challenges that COVID wrought, Harvey & Company had 25 buy-side deals close in the month of December alone, which propelled us to our fifth record year in a row.
As a firm, Harvey & Company has now initiated 443 buy-side acquisitions with 189 corporations and 127 PE funds.
