Harvey & Company Initiates 12th & 13th Strategic Add-Ons for Playcore Holdings
With the addition of Porter Corporation and Knorr Systems, Harvey & Company has now initiated 13 strategic add-ons for Playcore since 2008.
PlayCore Acquires Porter Corporation
October 3rd, 2016 – Since 1964, Porter has been innovating architectural structures. Their innovative structural insulated panels (SIPS) helped revolutionize high performance building systems by combining structure and insulation into one panel. Their well-known Poligon line of shelter structures leads the industry in the design, engineering, and manufacturing of shade coverings for applications in steel, fabric, and wood.

October 4th, 2016 – Founded in 1977, KSI has brought chemical automation to the commercial pool market, and expanded their distribution capabilities to offer a wide range of aquatic equipment, service, and expertise. “We are excited about this latest addition to our aquatics division,” said PlayCore President, RogerPosacki. “Their ability to provide aquatic equipment, service, training and daily operations to facilities in the United States greatly compliments our ability to service the aquatics industry.”
