Harvey & Company Initiates Astor Place Holdings’ Investment in Douglas Electrical Components
Harvey & Company is pleased to announce that it has successfully initiated the acquisition of Douglas Electrical Components by Astor Place Holdings, the private investment arm of Select Equity Group. The transaction was the result of a proactive acquisition search Harvey & Company conducted on behalf of Astor Place. Harvey & Company participated as a co-investor in the transaction.
Headquartered in Randolph, New Jersey, Douglas is a manufacturer of hermetic connectors, wires, feedthroughs, and pin headers designed for use in harsh environments, primarily high-pressure and vacuum applications.
This deal was Harvey & Company’s 73rd platform investment out of 397 total transactions.
