Harvey & Company Surpasses $10 Billion in Transaction Value
Harvey & Company in pleased to announce that it recently surpassed $10 billion of transaction value in the buy-side transactions it has initiated over it’s 23 year history. 2021 was a record year for the firm with 141 buy-side deals and over $3 billion of transaction value. The 2021 transactions were closed with 67 private equity funds and their portfolio companies.
