Harvey & Company Welcomes Will Harriss as Director to Lead European Expansion
Harvey & Company is pleased to welcome Will Harriss as a Director. Will joins Harvey following five years at Los Angeles-based StoneCalibre, the private investment firm responsible for building global life sciences platform Calibre Scientific Group through a proprietary acquisition-led growth strategy. During his tenure, the platform transacted on more than fifty off-market acquisitions sourced by Will and his team across the Life Science Tools & Diagnostics sector, evolving into one of the most active consolidators in the space.
After opening the firm’s London office, Will designed and scaled an origination function, building a high-volume sourcing platform responsible for both add-on and platform acquisition opportunities across Europe and North America. His experience spans proprietary deal origination, advisor coverage, investment strategy, transaction execution, and integration planning within a fast-paced, highly acquisitive environment. Toward the latter part of his tenure, he joined the Executive Leadership Team of the portfolio company he helped scale, supporting a broader transformation and exit-readiness initiative.
Through this work, Will cultivated an extensive international network across the Life Science Tools & Diagnostics sector, as well as adjacent markets including Pharma Outsourcing, Specialty Distribution, TICC, Fine & Specialty Chemicals, Field-Based Technical Services, and MedTech. He also sourced new platform opportunities across Healthcare, TMT, Business Services, and Industrials, providing him with broad cross-sector experience that will support Harvey’s continued growth in Europe.
Will’s appointment marks an important step in Harvey’s international expansion. Establishing a London presence strengthens Harvey’s ability to serve private equity investors and acquisitive corporations pursuing opportunities across the UK and Europe, while expanding access to proprietary deal flow, local relationships, and cross-border acquisition opportunities. With Will’s proven track record of building acquisition pipelines and executing buy-and-build strategies at scale, Harvey is well positioned to deepen its reach and deliver even greater value to clients throughout the European market.
Prior to private equity, Will worked in macroeconomic research sales after beginning his career in recruitment. He trained at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and holds a BA (Hons) in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of Hull.
