Harvey & Company Welcomes Dirk-Jan Vorgers to Expand Acquisition Search Capabilities in Europe
Harvey & Company (“Harvey”), a leading principal investment and buyside acquisition advisory firm, is pleased to announce the addition of Dirk-Jan Vorgers as Director of its European division, reflecting the increased demand for transatlantic transactions.
Dirk-Jan Vorgers joins Harvey as a Director based in Amsterdam and will focus on the firm’s European acquisition search mandates. Dirk served previously as a Managing Director in the M&A advisory division of EuroDev. He is proficient in German, Dutch, and English, and brings over 15 years of M&A experience. Dirk spent the past nine years working as a buyside advisor and initiated numerous European acquisitions for North American private equity firms and their portfolio companies.
