HarveyCEO Initiates Executive Partnership Leading to Investment in the Infrastructure Services Industry
HarveyCEO initiated the partnership between an accomplished utility and infrastructure services executive and a New York-based private equity firm to pursue a thesis that the executive developed around the utility and infrastructure services industry. The partnership resulted in the closed acquisition of Shenandoah, a provider of storm drainage and sewer system services intended for municipal and commercial clients in the state of Florida. The executive now serves as Director of the platform and will be working closely with the incumbent management team to execute an organic and inorganic growth strategy.
