HarveyCEO initiated a partnership between an IT services industry veteran with 25+ years of experience and a Chicago-based private equity firm to pursue a new investment in the enterprise IT services industry. Following the initiation of the executive partnership and investment strategy, Harvey & Company initiated discussions with Ideal Integrations that led to a recapitalization of the business. The executive partner joined the new platform investment as Chairman post-investment to help Ideal Integration’s management team and the new sponsors lead the business to the next level.
