AeroGuard Flight Training Center (“AeroGuard”) is a premier U.S. aviation academy founded over 25 years ago, providing career-focused pilot training to aspiring commercial airline and military aviators. The company has established itself as a leading platform offering structured, airline-style training programs that guide students from no flight experience through all FAA certifications and ratings. With multiple campus locations in the Southwest and a fleet of over 120 aircraft supported by more than 200 certified instructors, AeroGuard serves a global student base and offers specialized training pathways, including domestic airline partnerships, international cadet programs, and rotor-to-fixed-wing transition solutions.

Harvey & Company was engaged to conduct a comprehensive new platform investment search in the flight training space. Our firm developed a universe of acquisition targets leveraging our partners’ prior investment experience and the expertise of their operating partners in the broader education sector. Harvey & Company successfully introduced AeroGuard’s shareholders to a Los Angeles-based private equity firm, which structured a majority investment, with Harvey & Company making a co-investment alongside the group.

The investment will enable AeroGuard to pursue its strategic objectives, including geographic expansion, enhancement of training programs, and development of infrastructure to support continued student growth and operational efficiency. This partnership positions AeroGuard to further expand its aviation training platform and continue its mission of preparing the next generation of professional pilots through rigorous, career-focused education and industry-aligned certification programs.
