(dba AFT Fasteners) is a leading supplier of fasteners, industrial hardware, and supplies with integrated metal finishing, electroplating, painting, kitting, and distribution capabilities. The Company is headquartered in Mansfield, Texas and has been owned and operated by Johnny Rose since 2001.

In 2025, Harvey & Company partnered with a private equity firm who had an executive partner they aligned with a proactive thesis and deep experience in the fasteners, bolts, and threaded product industry resulting in the successful platform transaction of AFT Industries. Harvey is now working with the company’s CEO to support the company through its next phase of growth focused on helping to acquire complimentary add-on acquisitions in the highly fragmented engineered fasteners space including other fastener distributors, manufacturers, and providers of value-added services to create a much larger vertically integrated consolidated of choice in the industry.
