To support the next phase of growth, Harvey & Company partnered with a leading aerospace and defense-focused private equity firm, to establish a dedicated MRO services platform. Harvey & Company also acted as an investor in the transaction and will be supporting the platform’s growth through opportunistic add-on acquisitions. The strategy is to scale the Company’s technical capabilities and geographic reach through both organic investments and strategic acquisitions of complementary component MRO providers.
