Alliance Markets & Vending was established as a founder-driven organization dedicated to acquiring and supporting owner-operated vending & micro market businesses.  AM&V is structured as a family of companies who collectively provide a complete offering of vending, micro market, and office coffee solutions to breakrooms across the US.

Harvey & Company partnered with a private equity firm with a specific mandate to create a leading vending and micro market business.  Within the span of four months, Harvey & Company initiated the acquisition of five vending and micro market businesses, initiating the formation of Alliance Markets & Vending.
