Through a proactive, thesis-driven effort, Harvey identified and engaged with over 100 privately held companies across the hard facility services sector. We discovered a significant opportunity to execute on a buy-and-build strategy given favorable market tailwinds and the high level of fragmentation within the space.

Harvey & Company introduced the American stakeholders to a private equity partner with an operator-first culture and a thesis focused on building the preeminent dock & door platform by investing in people, infrastructure, expansion, and future M&A opportunities. The Founder and key leadership for American will maintain significant ownership in the business and continue to advise on operations and strategic planning moving forward.
