HarveyCEO initiated the partnership between an accomplished water/wastewater services executive and a Southeast-based private equity firm to pursue a thesis that the executive developed within water/wastewater maintenance services. In February 2025, the partnership resulted in the acquisition of ChemREADY, a leading provider of chemicals, equipment, and services used for maintaining safe and compliant water quality processes in water and wastewater treatment systems. The executive now serves as the company’s CEO and is spearheading the efforts to grow the business both commercially and through add-ons during its next phase of private equity ownership.
