HarveyCEO initiated the partnership between an accomplished industrial services executive and a Los Angeles-based private equity firm to pursue new investments together. The partnership resulted in the acquisition of Compass Rail Services, a growing railcar repair company providing running repair agent services, in-plant services, and mobile repairs designed to improve the safety and efficiency of railcars and facilities in compliance with strict industry regulations. The Company has grown rapidly since its founding driven by the Company’s superior service delivery, management’s operational expertise, and strong industry tailwinds.  The executive now serves as Director of the platform and will be working closely with the incumbent management team to help continued growth.
