HarveyCEO facilitated the partnership between a seasoned AEC & Infrastructure executive and a New York–based private equity firm to jointly pursue new investment opportunities in the Engineering Services industry. This partnership led to the recapitalization of CSL Consulting, LLC. Founded in 2006 and headquartered in Burlington, Massachusetts, CSL provides Owner’s Representative, Project Management and Construction Mitigation services, ensuring the successful execution of strategic capital initiatives from concept planning and design to budgeting, construction oversight and project closeout for clients across multiple end-markets, including: higher education, private K-12, corporate, hospitality, healthcare, development, infrastructure, nonprofit and life sciences end-markets, among others. The executive now sits on the platform’s Board of Directors and will work closely with the existing management team to support and accelerate ongoing growth.
