HarveyCEO facilitated the formation of a partnership between a seasoned TPA and Claims Services executive and a Charlottesville, VA–based private equity firm to jointly pursue new investment opportunities in the workers comp services ecosystem. This partnership led to the acquisition of Dane Street, a market‑leading provider of IME and peer review services across the workers’ compensation, pharmacy, disability, group health, and auto/liability sectors. The executive now sits on the platform’s Board of Directors and will work closely with the existing management team to support and accelerate ongoing growth.
