Through its online-oriented resources, Fear Free serves a diverse client base including corporations, individual pet owners, and veterinary professionals, with a strong presence in North America and expanding international reach.

Harvey & Company was engaged to conduct a thorough new platform investment search for an opportunity in the online education space. Our firm developed a universe of acquisition targets that leveraged our partners’ prior investment experience and the expertise of their operating partners in online education. Fear Free emerged as an excellent fit with the strategy, aligning well with the firm’s previous experience in healthcare and veterinary education. Harvey & Company successfully introduced Fear Free’s shareholders to an entrepreneurial investment group that structured a minority growth investment, with Harvey & Company making a significant co-investment alongside the group.

The investment will enable Fear Free to pursue its strategic objectives, including debt reduction and development of enhanced go-to-market strategy and infrastructure to support continued growth. This partnership positions Fear Free to further expand its educational platform and continue its mission of improving the well-being of pets through professional education and certification programs.
