Serving small and medium sized insurance companies in the United States and Canada, the company had found success in its niche and eventually launched their flagship product ‘ISI Enterprise’ in 2010 as a highly configurable and scalable solution for P&C carriers. This offering has driven the company’s growth over the past decade and ISI has become a well-known name in the industry for their full-service policy administration and claims software.

Harvey & Company was engaged to conduct a thorough new platform acquisition search for an opportunity in the insurance technology space. The firm developed a universe of acquisition targets that leveraged our partners’ prior investment experience and the expertise of their operating partners. ISI emerged as an excellent fit with the strategy, not only being aligned with previous investment experience, but also with their strong leadership team and vision for their next phase of growth.
