Harvey & Company initiated the platform investment into Omnicell (formerly RXInnovation) in August 2011. Omnicell develops, sells and supports pharmacy management software systems and related services to independent and small chain pharmacies. The company also provides transaction and data management services such as claims processing and e-prescribing to retail pharmacies, durable medical equipment providers and pharmaceutical care providers.
