Performance Home Medical is a leading provider of sleep therapy, home oxygen equipment, and diabetes supplies.  With over 24 locations throughout Washington, Oregon, and Idaho, PHM serves thousands of patients in the home setting throughout the Pacific Northwest.

Harvey & Company identified Performance Home Medical through a dedicated search effort to establish a DME platform on behalf of a healthcare-focused private equity firm.  PHM was wholly owned by two health systems who had been leveraging PHM as their DME provider for discharged patients.  The business had been steadily growing organically and had an experienced CEO and management team in place.  The private equity firm saw tremendous opportunity to recapitalize PHM and pursue an aggressive growth strategy.  In December 2023, the private equity firm purchased PHM from the health systems, partnered with the in-place CEO and management team, and are together pursuing a more aggressive organic growth strategy as well as strategic M&A opportunities.
