HarveyCEO initiated a partnership between a 35+ year veteran of the transportation and logistics industry and a Chicago-based private equity investor to pursue logistics investments. The partnership resulted in the acquisition of Zipline Logistics, a tech-enabled, asset-light, third-party logistics (“3PL”) provider specializing in the food and beverage, consumer packaged goods and healthcare end markets. The executive joined the Board of Directors and will help guide the Company to continued growth.
