Rithika Muthukali

Rithika Muthukali joined Harvey & Company in 2025 as a Research Analyst on the Business Development team. She focuses on identifying private equity firms and their portfolio companies, sourcing new opportunities, and determining where Harvey & Company can add value to clients’ projects through our deal teams. Prior to joining Harvey & Company, Rithika worked as a Data Analyst at Experian. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Data Analytics with a minor in Philosophy from Chapman University. Outside of work, she enjoys going to the beach, skiing, traveling, and making memories with her loved ones.
