HarveyCEO initiated a partnership between a route-based service industry veteran and a New-York-based private equity firm to pursue platform investments within the Water Treatment Services industry. The partnership resulted in the acquisition of Chemtron RiverBend, a full-service provider of water and wastewater treatment products and services to a variety of end markets, including food & beverage, commercial & institutional, healthcare and chemicals, among others.
