Internships
For our internship, you will be hired by one of our industry deal teams, led by an Associate, who spearheads different acquisition strategies with their Director and a small team of Analysts. As an intern, your main responsibility will be performing industry research with the goal of finding private companies across the United States that could be a fit for our clients based on their investment criteria. We perform this research using a variety of databases that you will learn and master, along with our methodology of how we find and validate information. Throughout the internship, you will learn the dynamics of the M&A deal process and how private equity groups operate.

Part-Time Internships
(September-December and January-May)
*applications will open in July and December for our part-time internship
- 16-24+ hours per week, flexible to your class schedule
- 14-16 weeks duration
- In-office preferred, remote work is acceptable
Summer Internships
(May – August, June – September)
*applications typically open at the beginning of the year for our summer internship
- 10-12 weeks
- 30 hours per week (Monday – Friday)
- In-office preferred to enhance the internship
