HarveyCEO initiated the partnership between a landscaping industry veteran and a Greenwich, Connecticut-based private equity firm to acquire and grow multiple landscape services businesses in the Southeast U.S. with the goal of creating a super-regional player serving both residential and commercial customers. The partnership resulted in the simultaneous close of three acquisitions: Blue Bell Landscaping (FL), DalaCasa Landscaping (NC), and Ultimate Greenscapes (NC). The combined platform has been rebranded as KeyServ Company and the executive is leading an aggressive buy-and-build as the CEO.
