Harvey & Company partnered with a Boston-based private equity firm to source a new platform investment in the document management/ IT services space. Imagine Technology Group was identified as a highly qualified fit for the strategy given our partner’s prior investment experience and the ownership team’s desire to pursue growth through add-on acquisitions across the West. A transaction was structured that allowed the management team to realize a liquidity event, retain a significant equity position, and obtain a partner to assist in an aggressive growth strategy. Harvey & Company continues to support ITG by seeking add-on acquisitions to grow the platform and expand their footprint across the Western United States.
