Harvey & Company initiated the acquisition of Ring2Media in 2022 and co-invested in Quote.com alongside the lead private equity sponsor. The acquisition more than doubled the size of Quote.com and firmly established the business as a leader in performance marketing services for the insurance industry. The acquisition added a new direct response television marketing channel to complement Quote.com’s digital capabilities and significantly expanded their customer distribution network in the Medicare industry.
