Harvey & Company initiated a mid-Atlantic-based private equity group’s recapitalization of White Distribution & Supply. The founders and owners of the business sought to monetize a significant portion of their equity in conjunction with positioning the company for future growth. The subsequent recapitalization allowed the prior owners to prepare for a management succession, as well as providing the fund an attractive entry point into the distribution industry.

White Distribution is a leading distributor of a broad line of industrial MRO products through 9 locations in the Midwestern US.  The company provides integrated supply solutions by managing inventory of factory-floor materials directly at manufacturing sites. From its founding in 1984, White Distribution has built a strong reputation as a reliable single-source distributor which is crucial to the supply chain of its customers.
