Harvey & Company Initiates 151 Transactions in 2022

Harvey & Company is pleased to announce another record year after having completed 151 buy-side transactions, including 14 new platform investments and 137 add-on acquisitions. Our small, but growing European business had 7 closed deals including our first European platform investment. HarveyCEO also had an outstanding year with six executive-led new platform transactions and 16 executive placements into private equity-backed portfolio companies in a CEO, Chairman, or Board roles.
