Harvey & Company Initiates 161 Transactions in 2023

Harvey & Company is pleased to announce another record year for 2023 after having completed 161 buy-side transactions, including 14 new platform investments and 147 add-on acquisitions. Our HarveyCEO team had an excellent year with two executive-led new platform transactions and 16 executive placements into private equity-backed portfolio companies in a CEO, Chairman, or Board roles. Finally, our European business based in the Netherlands closed 6 deals for 2023.
