Harvey & Company is pleased to announce it has exceeded $2 billion in enterprise value for it’s buy-side deals in 2022.  To date, Harvey & Company has initiated 112 buy-side transactions plus it has another 80+ transactions under LOI.  Over it’s 24-year history, Harvey has surpassed $10 billion of enterprise value in the buy-side transactions it has initiated thanks to a dedicated team of experienced professionals and a sole focus on acquisition search services. In total, Harvey & Company has initiated 690 buy-side transactions with 176 PE funds and 281 corporations (mostly PE portfolio companies).
