Harvey & Company is pleased to announce its 100th buy-side transaction for 2022. Last year, the firm closed our 100th deal on November 12th and with 80 buy-side deals under LOI, we are on track to surpass our prior record of 141 closed deals in 2021. Our growth is a direct reflection on our dedicated team of 100+ professionals and our sole focus on acquisition search services. In total, Harvey has now initiated 679 total buy-side transactions.
