Imperial Dade Acquires Allied Eagle Supply
Harvey & Company continues to be engaged by Imperial Dade dating back to 2016 to conduct an acquisition search in the highly fragmented janitorial supply & foodservice packaging distribution markets. At the beginning of the acquisition search, Harvey & Company identified Allied Eagle Supply, and over the following six years developed a relationship with the owners. Allied Eagle represents an excellent fit with Imperial Dade’s strategy, as it adds density in the Midwest in addition to incremental organic growth opportunities for both companies. Allied Eagle represents the 20th Imperial Dade acquisition initiated by Harvey & Company, helping to transform from a regional business into the preeminent platform in North America.
