Dave Harvey founded Harvey & Company in 1998 and has been a leading buyside advisor to private equity funds, acquisitive corporations, and CEOs in transition since 1990. Dave was previously a partner of the predecessor firm to Harvey & Company, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Math Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Dave enjoys fitness, golf and outdoor activities and is a native of Newport Beach, where he lives with his wife of 20+ years and three children.

Tim Block is a co-founder and partner of Harvey & Company and has been advising acquirers for more than 20 years. His prior experience includes corporate finance positions with Chemical Bank, Citicorp NA, Inc., and Kidder Peabody & Co., Inc. He earned his MBA from UCLA's Anderson Graduate School of Management and his Bachelor of Science in Accounting (Magna cum laude) from the University of Connecticut. Tim is also a licensed CPA (inactive) in California. In his free time, Tim enjoys working out and hanging out with his wife and two teenage daughters.

Eric Hartley leads the firm's investment and advisory practices in Specialty Distribution and Consumer Products & Services. In his 25 years at Harvey & Company, he has been instrumental in many successful transactions within B2B and B2C distribution, pet and enthusiast products, specialty retail, packaging machinery and foodservice.  Eric also spends considerable time in healthcare services and physician practice management, focused on a variety of modalities including dental, vision, and physical therapy. Eric earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and English from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Eric lives in Brentwood with his wife and twin boys. He enjoys live music, working on his golf game and following UNC athletics.

Brian Kaneko is a co-founder and partner of Harvey & Company and has more than twenty-five years of buyside acquisition experience. He leads the firm’s efforts within the broad commercial, industrial and residential facility services and specialty manufacturing sectors, having been a part of numerous successful transactions within HVAC, fire & life safety, contract cleaning, exterior maintenance, safety products and services, industrial rotating equipment repair and environmental services. Brian also spends considerable time in healthcare services and staffing focused on a variety of healthcare specialties, including internal medicine, dermatology, plastic surgery, psychiatry, orthopedic and pain management.  He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California. Outside of the office, Brian is an avid sport fisherman and enjoys golf, the outdoors and most importantly spending time with his wife and four active boys.

Pete Bollman leads the HarveyCEO business which develops investment strategies in partnership with proven operating executives and private equity investors. Prior to joining Harvey & Company in 2006, he worked for Morgan Stanley in Los Angeles. Pete received a dual Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Marketing from the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University. He enjoys playing hockey and golf and resides in Redondo Beach with his wife and two children.

Jay Houlihan leads the firm’s investment and advisory practices in selected areas of technology including software, telecommunications and tech-enabled business services. Jay has worked with private companies for more than 25 years as an investor and advisor, and has served on 30 private company boards of directors. He was previously a Co-Founder and General Partner of InnoCal, a growth equity investment firm based in Costa Mesa, CA. Jay received a BA in Political Science from Middlebury College and an MBA in Finance from Boston University. He is an active skier and mountain biker and has remained a loyal Boston sports fan even from Newport Beach, where he lives with his wife, son and daughter.

Todd Leigh focuses on marketing and servicing the firm’s private equity clients. Todd has worked in financial services as a technology sector investment banker, investor and marketing executive for more than 20 years. He was previously a Managing Director at Credit Suisse and a Partner at a software company in the asset management industry, HOLT Value Associates, which sold to Credit Suisse in 2002. Todd also spent 10 years as a fund manager and capital raiser in the asset management industry as a Partner at Relational Investors and a Managing Director at Credit Suisse Asset Management. Todd received a BS in Commerce from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia, earned his CPA while working for Price Waterhouse and is a CFA charterholder. He enjoys golf, skiing, and coaching youth sports in Newport Beach, where he lives with his wife of 25 years and three children.

Cliff Mulholland joined Harvey & Company in 2008 and leads the firm’s efforts in aerospace & defense, electronic components, medical products, agriculture, pharma services, death-care, and other niche categories. Cliff hails from Maryland, graduated from the University of Delaware, and is a holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. He enjoys fitness, hockey, and outdoor activities.

Jared Perrin has been with Harvey & Company since 2005 and leads the firm’s investment and advisory practices in food, packaging, building materials, and automotive aftermarket, plus other niche categories. He has initiated over 75 transactions including new platform investments in Oliver Winery (Branded Wine), Mesker Door (Building Products), 4 State Trucks (Truck Aftermarket), Penray (Automotive Chemicals), Juice It Up (Beverage Franchisor), and Liquid Technologies (Personal Care) among others. Jared initiated 14 add-on acquisitions for PlayCore, a client that retained Harvey & Company for over 10 years. Jared graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Cum Laude) from the University of Southern California.

Collin Sullivan specializes in professional services, logistics & supply chain services, outsourced testing & inspection, and various niche manufacturing categories. Collin has been with Harvey & Company for over ten years and has supported repeat engagements with multiple clients throughout their respective holding periods. He has numerous completed additional transactions and experience in water & wastewater products, specialty materials and engineered product categories throughout his career. Collin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in History from Emory University in Atlanta, GA. He enjoys playing ice hockey and exercising.

Zach Dutra specializes in originating and evaluating acquisition opportunities in the aerospace & defense, industrial automation, electronic/electrical, IOT/IIOT, home health, business services, and agriculture/off-highway industries. Zach earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Chapman University and is currently a Board Member at Chapman’s Smith Institute for Political Economy and Philosophy. Eric is a Director at Harvey & Company and leads the firm’s investment and advisory practices in the Health & Wellness industries, including Food & Beverage, Personal Care, Dietary Supplement, and Recreation. Eric joined Harvey & Company in October 2014 and previously worked as an Analyst at a local investment bank. A Southern California native, Eric earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a Minor in Applied Mathematics from Pepperdine University. Eric lives in Newport Beach with his wife, Kari, and their dog, Heidi.

Brad Riegler joined Harvey & Company in 2020 as its Chief Financial Officer and oversees the Company’s accounting, finance, human resources, and administration functions. Brad began his career in public accounting working at Mayer Hoffman McCann and PwC in Orange County, California. He then worked in various financial reporting and corporate accounting positions at Kofax, Inc. and worked as a Controller at Avante Health Solutions, a private equity backed medical device company. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Minor in International Business from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Brad is also a licensed (inactive) CPA in California. Outside of the office, Brad enjoys anything outdoors, sports and spending time with his wife and three children.

Brian R. Scott specializes in growth investments and recapitalizations with private equity funds and corporate clients across the industrial and environmental service and equipment sectors. During his time at Harvey & Company, he has developed deep expertise within the specialty waste and industrial MRO markets. Brian graduated in three years with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with concentration in Finance from the University of Washington in Seattle.

Austin Connolly specializes in originating and evaluating investment opportunities in the technology enabled services sector, focusing on the telecommunications, information technology, cybersecurity, vertical specific software products and real estate services markets. Austin earned a Bachelor of Science in Global Business and a minor in Mathematics from the University of Redlands.

Ken Cruickshank has been with Harvey & Company for over 9 years. His main industries of specialization are: Specialty and Value-Added Distribution, Commercial Foodservice, and Business Services. Prior to Harvey & Company, he worked for a boutique M&A advisory firm and spent time in healthcare IT, enterprise software, and business services. Thomas Bailleul joined Harvey & Company in 2021 and helps lead the firm’s investment and advisory efforts across consumer services, distribution, packaging machinery, and related sectors. In consumer services, he has worked extensively in the green industry, including landscaping, tree care, vegetation management, and lawn care. His distribution experience includes projects involving irrigation supplies, bulk materials, and other green industry products. Mr. Bailleul graduated with honors from Whittier College, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science.

Claire Conley joined Harvey & Company in March 2021 and helps lead the firm’s investment and advisory practices in both the Distribution and Foodservice sectors. A Southern California native, Claire graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.

John earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Minor in International Relations from the University of Southern California.

James Mott focuses on originating and sourcing acquisition opportunities in the Commercial Services sector, with an emphasis on facility services, specialty contracting, and other business-critical service industries. James earned his Master of Business Administration, Finance from Villanova University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Colorado, where he also played college football. Outside of the office, he enjoys golf, skiing, and going to the beach.

Damjan Nastic joined Harvey & Company in June 2025 and specializes in researching and evaluating acquisition opportunities in the packaging and transportation industries. Damjan graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics/Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles. In his free time, Damjan enjoys fashion design, photography, and spending time with his two cats: Alphi and Al Punch.

Andrew Nguyen joined Harvey & Company in 2022 as an Analyst and focuses on researching new private equity clients and refurbishing passed-on deal opportunities for the firm. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from the University of California, Irvine. Andrew is fluent in Vietnamese.

Hamza Noorzayee joined Harvey & Company in 2019. Hamza specializes in originating and evaluating acquisition opportunities within the industrial services, niche manufacturing, water/wastewater and business services categories. Hamza earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from California State University of Fullerton.

Liam O'Connell joined Harvey & Company in June 2025 and specializes in originating and evaluating investment opportunities across engineering, infrastructure, and environmental services. He works closely with clients to identify strategic acquisition targets and support buy-and-build initiatives. Liam earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Baylor University. In his free time, he enjoys working out and watching sports.

Erik Peterson joined Harvey in 2023 and identifies proprietary investment themes that are led by industry executives and funded by Harvey & Company’s private equity partners. Erik studied Political Science at the University of Washington and enjoys cooking and spending time with his family.

Sasha Radovanovic specializes in originating and evaluating acquisition opportunities in the medical product, biotechnology, and pharmaceutical services sectors. Sasha earned her MBA in Finance from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an Emphasis in Finance from Southern Methodist University. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, aviation, and traveling.

Jaxon Ripley focuses on originating and researching acquisition opportunities in the aerospace & defense industries. Jaxon graduated from California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Outside of the office, Jaxon enjoys snowboarding, surfing, and golfing.

Carson Robles specializes in originating and evaluating investment opportunities in the technology-enabled business services, information technology, and software sectors. Carson earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Utah with an emphasis in finance. Outside the office, he enjoys surfing, skiing, and spending time with family and friends.

Julia Roudebush joined Harvey & Company in 2024, specializing in the foodservice, medical/healthcare, distribution, and recreational real estate industries. Julia graduated from University of California, Santa Barbara where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences and a certificate in Technology Management. Outside of the office she enjoys surfing, sailing, and skiing.

Diego Fernandez-Salvador focuses on originating and evaluating investment opportunities across industrial services and specialty manufacturing, with experience in sectors including workplace safety, power generation, roofing, and precision components. Diego graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Science and joined Harvey & Company in 2025 as a Research Analyst. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, snowboarding, golf, and wine.

Cheyne Sampson joined Harvey and Company in 2023 and supports the firm’s industrial and environmental service and equipment sectors. Cheyne graduated with honors from California Polytechnic University with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature.

Ayra joined Harvey in 2025 and specializes in the medical products, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and payment technology sectors. Arya earned a Master of International Business with a specialization in Finance from the University of South Carolina. Outside of work he enjoys the beach, spending time with his dog, playing soccer, traveling, and meeting new people.

Preston Schreck joined Harvey & Company in 2025 and specializes in research and evaluation of acquisition opportunities in the technology enabled business services sector, focusing on the digital transformation, Internet of Things (IoT) and marketing industries. Preston graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. Outside of the office, Preston enjoys playing tennis, going to the gym, and spending time with family and friends.

Shivam Shah joined Harvey & Company in September 2024 and helps support the firm’s investment and advisory practices across technology-enabled business services (including digital transformation through software implementation and IoT), digital marketing, home healthcare and low voltage systems integration. Originally from Kenya, Shivam earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Irvine.

Kristin Shiuey joined Harvey & Company in January 2025 and specializes in researching acquisition opportunities in the industrial manufacturing, automation, and technology sectors. Kristin graduated from Tufts University with Bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Political Science. In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis, crafting, and cooking for her friends and family.

Kieran Sidebotham joined Harvey & Company in October 2024 as a member of the HarveyCEO team. Kieran graduated from Claremont Mckenna college as a member of the baseball team with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. Outside the office, he enjoys golfing, watching sports, and going to the beach..

Simran Singh joined Harvey & Company in August 2025 and works with the Legal & Technology team as a Research Analyst. She earned an MBA from the University of California, Riverside, and is also a lawyer. She previously worked as a corporate lawyer in Mergers & Acquisitions with a legal and business consultancy firm, where she helped close transactions, drafted contracts, and supported legal and financial due diligence. In her free time, she enjoys working out, hiking, gardening, and traveling.

Ananya Singhvi joined Harvey & Company in August 2025 and specializes in originating and evaluating acquisition opportunities within the industrial services, niche manufacturing, water/wastewater, and business services sectors. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Arizona. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, painting, and reading.

Kyle Strelecki has been with Harvey since August 2024. He focuses on researching acquisition opportunities in the testing, inspection and certification (TIC) sector, as well as in logistics. Kyle graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a Bachelor’s in Business in 2022 and a Master’s degree in Finance in 2023. Outside of the office, he enjoys researching and debating history and politics, studying the financial markets, hiking and spending quality time with his close family and friends.

Ms. Tannberg specializes in growth investments, recapitalizations, and debt financing with private equity funds and corporate clients. Previously, Ms. Tannberg worked at OC Financial as a financial analyst. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.

Dane Watkins specializes in originating growth investments and recapitalizations with private equity funds and corporate clients across the commercial and residential building & architectural products industries. With expertise in areas such as energy efficiency, building automation, and outdoor products, Dane possesses a deep understanding of the market landscape and emerging trends. Dane graduated from California State University, Fullerton, with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and a concentration in Finance.

Joe Weber joined Harvey & Company in June of 2022 and specializes in originating and evaluating acquisition opportunities within thein the industrial technology and electronic component markets. Joe received a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from the University of Oregon. Outside of the office, Joe enjoys golfing, cooking, and spending time with his family and friends.

Alvin Wei joined Harvey & Company in 2024 and supports the origination and evaluation of investment opportunities in the Food & Beverage industry. Alvin graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a Bachelors in Business Administration with an emphasis in Information Systems.

Ava Yacoel specializes in identifying and evaluating acquisition opportunities in the environmental, industrial, and infrastructure service industries. Ava graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Economics, concentrating in finance and econometrics, with a minor in Data Science from the University of California, Berkeley. In her free time, Ava enjoys skiing, yoga, and spending time with family and friends.

Shana Yang focuses on identifying and researching acquisition opportunities in the aerospace and defense sector. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Computer Science from Pepperdine University. Outside of the office, Shana enjoys playing golf, swimming, and baking.

Kristin Augustine joined Harvey & Company in May 2021 as Senior Graphic Designer. Kristin leads the design and production of custom acquisition materials, corporate marketing campaigns, and digital content, while also overseeing website management and social media initiatives. An East coast native, Kristin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Delaware and enjoys traveling, photography, cooking, and outdoor activities in her spare time.

Stephen Bennett joined Harvey & Company’s Human Resources department in Summer of 2018 as their Senior Recruiter. Stephen earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and a minor in Religious Studies from California State University, Fullerton. Cynthia joined Harvey & Company in May 2025 as an Accountant. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington. She has worked in accounting roles in multiple industries including Movie Production and Special Effects, Real Estate Acquisitions and Sales, and Family Office Private Equity Investment. Outside of the office, Cynthia enjoys concerts, astronomy, books and live author events, and enjoy the company of friends, family, and pets.

Jennifer Dau joined Harvey & Company in 2024 as a Marketing Coordinator. She is responsible for managing direct marketing campaigns and received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from California State University, Fullerton. In her free time, she enjoys reading, camping, and cooking.

JoAnn has been with Harvey & Company for 17 years and is responsible for running and managing the office on a day-to-day basis in addition to organizing and coordinating office administration and procedures.

Caitlyn joined Harvey & Company as Marketing Coordinator in June of 2024 and is responsible for managing direct marketing campaigns. In her spare time, she enjoys surfing, camping and going to flea markets.

Diane Ledgerwood joined Harvey & Company in 2021 as an Accounting Clerk. She is responsible for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable and received a Bachelor of Science from Cal-State Long Beach. In her free time, she enjoys crocheting beanies for children in chemo, watching the Dodgers win and rooting on her favorite college basketball and football teams.

Alle Madrid serves as the Marketing Coordinator and Executive Assistant to David Harvey. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Outside of her professional responsibilities, Alle is passionate about fitness, travel, and spending time by the ocean.

Stephanie Munakata joined Harvey & Company in 2022 as the Director of Human Resources. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Criminology, Law, & Society and Social Ecology from the University of California, Irvine.  Stephanie has been in Human Resources for over 10 years and she holds SHRM-SCP and PHR certifications.  In her spare time, she enjoys spending time at dog beach in Huntington Beach, where she lives with her husband, daughter, and two rescue pups.

Jennifer Park joined Harvey & Company in 2020 as Senior Accounting Manager. Prior to Harvey & Company, Jennifer was Assistant Controller at First Financial Equipment Leasing, a commercial equipment leasing company. Her role was crucial for First Financial’s acquisition by J.A. Mitsui, a Japanese Leasing Company. Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and her MBA concentrating in Organization Leadership at California State University, Fullerton. In her free time, Jennifer and her husband enjoy working on a model train set, playing video games, world travel, and soaking up the beautiful Southern California weather.

Emily joined Harvey & Company in January of 2024. She graduated from Pepperdine University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a minor in Marketing. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, trying new foods, playing games, and staying active.

Vivian Tra joined Harvey & Company in October of 2023. Vivian graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. In her free time, Vivian enjoys spending time with her dog, going out with her friends, trying new coffee shops, watching Netflix shows, and reading.
