HarveyCEO Initiates Executive Partnership Leading to an Investment in a Premium MSP Platform
In 2020, HarveyCEO initiated a partnership between an industry veteran with 25+ years of experience growing technology services companies, and a Midwest-based private equity firm to pursue an investment in managed IT services providers (MSPs).
In September 2020, the partnership resulted in the simultaneous acquisitions of Domain Computer Services and Tier One Technology Partners, to form a premium national MSP platform. The executive and the private equity firm worked in conjunction to assess the opportunity and he will be joining the Board of Directors.
